Exchange & return policy

01No return or exchange of sound products

Due to the nature of food products and for public health and safety reasons, products that are received in sound condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

02Cases eligible for exchange or return

• A manufacturing defect or product damage (such as a puncture or leak in the packaging).
• Receiving a product different from the confirmed order.
• Any damage resulting from shipping or delivery.

03Conditions and compensation process

• You must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• A video showing the issue or damage to the product is required.
• If the request is approved, the customer will be compensated by exchanging the product or refunding its value to the bank account within official business days.
